Every week we review every shift. Show up on time, stay active on your post and write good reports, and you’ll get noticed. The top officer is named Officer of the Week and recognized by leadership in front of the team, and our supervisors and managers come from officers who earned it.

Training isn’t one video and a uniform. Every officer learns the fundamentals of protecting and deterring, then trains for the specific role they’ll hold, before their first solo shift.
Gatehouse
Visitor verification, ID checks, resident calls and the most important skill at any gate: knowing when to deny access, and doing it professionally.
Patrol
Visible, unpredictable patrols, parking and traffic enforcement, property checks and how to respond on scene.
Supervisor
Leading a shift, post inspections, coaching officers and quality-checking every report before it reaches a client.
Our technology
Every officer is trained on our reporting, GPS patrol and communication systems, so every round, violation and call is documented.
Protect & deter
The core everyone learns: presence deters, documentation protects. An officer who is seen and who writes it down is an officer who works.
Field training
New officers shadow a field training officer on the actual post, learning the property, the residents and the post orders first-hand.
What we look for.
- Florida Class D security license (or in progress)
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance and conduct
- Strong communication skills; bilingual is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check
