General

General

What services does Capital Protection Solutions provide?

We provide gatehouse and visitor management, mobile patrol, professional security officers, parking and traffic enforcement, security cameras and virtual visitor management. The right combination depends on the property, environment, objectives and level of protection needed.

What areas do you serve?

Palm Beach County, the Treasure Coast (including Martin County), Broward and Miami-Dade.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Capital Protection Solutions is a licensed Florida Class B security agency, license B 3400157.

How do I know which security solution is right for my property?

Tell us about the property, what’s been going wrong and your timeline. We’ll walk the site and recommend the mix of gate officers, patrol, cameras and virtual coverage that fits, including where you don’t need to spend.

Do you provide customized security plans?

Yes. Every proposal starts with a site walk and is built around your gates, streets, amenities and rules. Post orders are written for your property, never copied from another.

Communities & HOAs

For boards & property managers

Do you provide gatehouse and visitor management?

Yes. Our gate officers verify every guest, vendor and delivery, call residents before admitting unannounced visitors, and log every entry by name, ID and plate. We work in the platforms communities already use, including ISN GateKeeper, EntranceIQ, dwellingLIVE, Gatekey, ABDi GateAccess, Vertilinc and VisitForm. See Gatehouse & Visitor Management.

What does the board receive each month?

A client-ready report before each board meeting covering incidents, parking violations, tows and boots, gate and maintenance issues, security and traffic trends with recommendations, and what Capital did that month. Request a redacted sample.

How are your officers screened?

Every officer holds a Florida Class D security license, which requires state and FBI fingerprint background checks and state-mandated training. Armed posts require a Florida Class G license.

Are you insured?

Yes. Certificates of insurance are provided to your management company on request.

How does switching from our current provider work?

We survey the property, present a written proposal for your board, write site-specific post orders and set up checkpoints and reporting before day one. Coverage starts on the agreed date with a supervisor on site, so there is no gap at the gate.

How do you enforce our parking rules?

Exactly as your board adopts them, the same way every time. Every violation is documented with photos, plate, location and time, and tows or immobilization follow Florida and county rules.

Will you keep our residents’ information private?

Yes. Resident information, guest lists, visitor logs and camera footage are released only to the association, its management or law enforcement. Officers do not photograph residents or post on social media. Body-worn and gate camera footage is used only to document entries and incidents and follows the same rules.

Can board members reach leadership directly?

Yes. Our line at (888) 801-7328 is answered 24/7 by our own team in Palm Beach County, not an answering service or out-of-state call center, and board presidents and managers have direct access to leadership.

Security Officers

Security Officers

What types of properties use security officer services?

Corporate offices, residential communities and HOAs, retail and commercial properties, industrial and logistics sites, mixed-use developments, and temporary or event environments.

Can security personnel work alongside cameras and virtual visitor management?

Yes. Our gate officers, patrol, cameras and virtual operators work from the same post orders and report into one system, so the board gets one report instead of three vendors.

Can I request a quote for officer services?

Yes. Use the Get a Quote form with as much detail as possible about the site, service needs, location and timeline so our team can follow up with the right next steps.

Security Cameras

Security Cameras

What is the purpose of a security camera solution?

To have video when it matters: who came through the gate, what happened at the pool, whose car hit the fence. Placed right and maintained, cameras also deter, and with AI detection and plate reading they can alert us in real time instead of just recording.

Do you recommend the same camera setup for every property?

No. Coverage should reflect the property layout, visibility needs, security priorities and the areas where monitoring adds the most value.

Do you install and maintain cameras?

Yes. We offer professional installation, and camera maintenance plans run $10–$20 per camera per month, with better pricing for larger systems.

Virtual Visitor Management

Virtual Visitor Management

What is virtual visitor management?

A live Capital operator handles your gate remotely through cameras, a call box and gate controls. Visitors are screened, residents are called and every entry is logged with photo, ID and plate, 24/7. How it works.

Does virtual visitor management replace on-site officers?

It can, but many communities use both: an officer at the gate during the busiest hours and virtual coverage overnight and at secondary entrances. Same post orders, same visitor log, at a lower cost than round-the-clock on-site staffing.

Getting Started

Billing & Getting Started

How do I get started?

Submit the Get a Quote form or call (888) 801-7328. Our team reviews your request and follows up about the next step.

Is there a cost to meet with you or get a proposal?

No. Walking the property, meeting with your property manager on site and attending your board meeting to present the proposal are all free, with no obligation.

How are prices determined?

Officer and patrol services are priced by the hour, based on coverage hours, number of posts and any special requirements. Virtual coverage and cameras are quoted after a site walk. Every proposal lays out the monthly cost line by line so the board can compare it side by side with your current provider.

How do existing clients access their account resources?

Existing clients can use the Client Login link to access our client reporting portal for live activity, reports and shift summaries.
