Security your board never has to chase.
Capital protects gated communities, master associations and condominiums across Palm Beach, the Treasure Coast, Broward and Miami-Dade, from a single gatehouse to 24/7 gate, patrol and enforcement programs.

Not just a uniform at a post. Here’s the work, by the numbers.
Our officers put their work on the record: every violation written, every incident reported, every maintenance issue flagged for our clients. These are this year’s totals, updated throughout the day.

Before each board meeting we deliver one client-ready report covering the period since your last meeting, so the board sees what happened and what we’re doing about it.
- Incidents, with what was done and who was notified
- Parking violations, tows and boots, with totals
- Gate and access issues, and maintenance items like lights out and broken gates
- Security & traffic trends, with a recommendation for each
- What Capital did for the community this month

The answers, up front.
Who are your officers?
Every officer holds a Florida Class D security license, which requires state and FBI fingerprint background checks and state-mandated training. Armed posts require a Class G license.
Are you insured?
Yes. Capital is a licensed Florida security agency (B 3400157) and carries the insurance required to operate. Certificates of insurance are provided to your management company on request.
Who do we call?
Our 24/7 line at (888) 801-7328, answered by our own team in Palm Beach County, not an answering service. Board presidents and managers also have direct access to leadership. No call center, no runaround.
How do we know patrols happen?
GPS-tracked vehicles, checkpoint scans and shift reports your manager can see in our client portal.
What about privacy?
Resident information, guest lists, visitor logs and footage go only to the association, its management or law enforcement. Officers don’t post or share.
What if an officer isn’t a fit?
Tell us. We’ll replace the officer and brief the new officer on your post orders before their first shift.
You work with leadership. Not a call center.
Every Capital client works directly with the people who hire, train and supervise the officers at their property. No account rep in between, no ticket number, no waiting until Monday.
No gaps. No surprises.
Most boards stay with a provider they don’t love because changing feels risky. Here’s how we make it simple.
