Built on experience. Driven by purpose.
Capital Protection Solutions was founded in Palm Beach County on October 6, 2011 by Ricardo De Armas, with one goal: to make a difference in the security industry, not simply provide another service.

Fifteen years, one county at a time.
Capital grew the way good security companies should: one satisfied client at a time.
Founded in Palm Beach
Ricardo De Armas founds Capital in Palm Beach County, bringing a law-enforcement background to private security.
Expanding south
William Lopez joins Capital to lead operations in Miami-Dade County.
Palm Beach · Treasure Coast · Broward · Miami-Dade
Ricardo leads Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast, William leads Miami-Dade, and together they operate Broward, with a patrol fleet and officers on duty around the clock.
Protection takes more than a uniform at a post.
Law-enforcement experience brought real-world discipline, leadership and a deep understanding of security into the foundation of the company.
From the beginning, we believed true protection requires more than placing someone in uniform at a post. It requires accountability, training, communication, supervision, technology and leadership that genuinely cares.

Leadership you can actually reach.
Board presidents and property managers deal directly with the people who own and run the company.

Ricardo De Armas
Ricardo founded Capital in 2011 and leads the company’s direction, growth and client relationships, with day-to-day leadership of Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast and, together with William, Broward County. His law-enforcement background shapes the standards Capital expects from every officer and the professionalism clients should expect from their security provider.

Roswell Vincent
Roswell is the operational backbone of Capital in Palm Beach County. He got his start through the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office Explorer program, went on to serve in law enforcement out of state, and has worked in security since he was 18.
As Operations Manager he oversees every post and patrol day to day: supervising officers in the field, recruiting and interviewing new officers, and running training and our field training officer (FTO) program. He meets with clients and property managers, writes and updates site post orders, reviews incident and patrol reports for quality, coordinates scheduling and coverage, and responds on scene when a situation needs a manager. When a board or manager needs something handled, Roswell is often the person who makes it happen.
Roswell@capitalprotects.aiTrained for the post you’re hired for.
Training isn’t one video and a uniform. Every officer learns the fundamentals of protecting and deterring, then trains for the specific role they’ll hold, before their first solo shift.
Gatehouse
Visitor verification, ID checks, resident calls and the most important skill at any gate: knowing when to deny access, and doing it professionally.
Patrol
Visible, unpredictable patrols, parking and traffic enforcement, property checks and how to respond on scene.
Supervisor
Leading a shift, post inspections, coaching officers and quality-checking every report before it reaches a client.
Our technology
Every officer is trained on our reporting, GPS patrol and communication systems, so every round, violation and call is documented.
Protect & deter
The core everyone learns: presence deters, documentation protects. An officer who is seen and who writes it down is an officer who works.
Field training
New officers shadow a field training officer on the actual post, learning the property, the residents and the post orders first-hand.
We celebrate the officers who do it right.
Every week, leadership reviews every shift across our sites. The officer with the strongest week is named Officer of the Week and recognized by leadership. It’s how we keep standards high and let our best people know we see them.
DGDamain G.
Set the standard on overnight patrol: placed 23 speed-awareness signs, documented 22 parking violations, completed 30 amenity and gate checks and filed 5 detailed incident reports.
Built to make a difference, not just provide a service.
Since 2011, we’ve combined law-enforcement experience with modern technology.
Accountability
Clear standards, consistent supervision and responsibility at every level.
Training
Preparation shapes how our officers carry themselves, communicate and respond.
Communication
Clear lines between leadership, managers, supervisors and field personnel.
Technology
Modern tools for visibility and proof, paired with sound judgment.
Experience, leadership and a commitment to protect.
With security you have two options: get it cheap or get it right.
