Officer supervision

Capital officers on duty are supervised and monitored as described to them during onboarding, where they are told about this monitoring and agree to it. These records are used for supervision, safety, client reporting and to respond to incidents and claims.

Text messages

We send text and WhatsApp messages only as described in our Text Messaging Terms. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the communities and property managers we serve, service providers that help us operate our business (such as website hosting, phone, messaging, email and payroll), and when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to respond, provide services, supervise our officers and meet legal, licensing or business record-keeping requirements.
